Logging in to IntelliConnect

When you log in to IntelliConnect for the first time, you will need to enter your User ID and password. However, you can set up your preferences to automatically log you in on subsequent visits. Note that you will not have to enter your User ID and password if you are logging into IntelliConnect via IP Access. This depends on how your subscription is set up for you or your business.

To log in to IntelliConnect:

The "Login" page is displayed.

TIP! If you’ve forgotten your password, click the Forgot your password? link. Enter your email address in the field provided and click OK. Your password is emailed to you.

The IntelliConnect "Home" page is displayed.

Note: Typically, your User ID is the email address you provided at the time of subscription and may be changed by the IntelliConnect account administrator. Your password, however, can be changed at any time.

To set up automatic login:

On subsequent log-ins, the system bypasses the IntelliConnect "Login" page and takes you right to the "Home" page.

TIP! You can also set other options for logging in right from the "Login" page. For example, you can choose to have your User ID and/or password remembered for subsequent logins by clicking in the check box next to Remember my ID on this Computer and/or Remember my password on this computer.
